AECO is proud to oversee the interests of our portfolio of companies. We are hands-on, employee owners who not only provide corporate governance, but also work on and in the individual businesses regularly.

In 1974, we became the first company in Ohio – and one of the first in the country – to establish an Employee-Owned Company. In the year 2000, we became 100% employee owned. Our employee ownership is realized through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (or ESOP):

The ESOP is a Pension Plan, fully funded by the company.
The ESOP invests primarily in the stock of our company.
Employees pay nothing for their equity interest.
All employees are fully vested after six years of employment.

At Thermcraft, we are continuously expanding our capabilities and always seeking better and more efficient ways to meet our customers’ needs. Thermcraft has continously invested in its facilities as well as product offerings.

Mach3 is the machining collaboration of Hall Machine, Alloy Engineering, and J&J Precision machining. The Mach3 name symbolizes machining, speed, and consolidation of 3 locations into one.
